   As Scooby would say, “Rut Roh!” After just four months of marriage it looks like there’s trouble in paradise for newlyweds Diane Lane and Josh Brolin. Brolin, former Goonies star and stepson to Barbra Streisand, was arrested in the wee hours Sunday morning after Diane Lane called police following a fight. L.A. police took Brolin into custody and he was charged with domestic battery before being released on $20,000 bail. “There was a call placed to the police about five minutes to three in the morning on Sunday. Police arrived and took Mr. Brolin to the West Hollywood police station where he was booked [on the misdemeanor],” said Los Angles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan. It should be noted that it is procedure to book the spouse in domestic violence complaints, even when there is no outward sign of violence.
